Oscars 2014: Fashion hits and misses
Rarely do two lodestar fashion events coincide as they did yesterday. Following swiftly on the heels of the Céline fashion show at Paris Fashion Week, the Oscars turned out a frock-fest of frou-frou and sequins, churning out an unfathomable amount of bugle bead pollution on the red carpet.

African Leadership Academy is calling on
all young Africans between the ages of 15-19 to participate in a
month-long essay writing competition on the topic: “How can
governments, businesses, non-profits, individuals and the youth
collaborate to maximize Africa’s youth potential for the continent’s
development and prosperity?”.
